Su Wan, a designer who failed in her startup, is forced to enter a contract marriage with Lu Tingchuan, a domineering CEO with an intense need for control, to save her studio. Lu is used to calling all the shots, but Su insists on 'ruling the roost'—refusing to quit her career for a full-time wife role and even daring to reverse his business decisions. From clashing over 'who’s in charge,' they gradually uncover each other’s softness: Lu secretly secures resources for her designs, while Su understands his 'control' stems from a lack of security. When the contract expires, will they let go, or admit they’ve fallen for the one who 'wants to rule the roost'?
