Su Xiao, an intern editor in a shabby old apartment, picks up amnesiac "homeless man" Gu Jingshen on a rainy night, starting a chaotic cohabitation—she teaches him to buy milk tea with coupons, while he secretly defends her from workplace bullies and fixes the leaking ceiling. Until suit-clad secretaries show up yelling "Mr. Gu!" Su Xiao realizes the "life idiot" she took in is actually the CEO of trillion-yuan Gu Group! Gu had already regained his memory; he hid his identity just to stay with her. But when Gu's wealthy mother arrives with a five-million check to force her away, and Su Xiao hides in the rental house feeling "unworthy," how will this "golden nugget" prove that what he wants is never the CEO title, but a lifetime of instant noodles with her?
