Lin Mo, a bottom-tier office worker in Snow City, dreams of saving enough to open a small noodle shop. But when he takes a knife for Cheng Shuang, a gang leader who once saved him, he’s forced into the role of “temporary leader.” Trying to just get by, he faces extortion from his former bully supervisor, his ex-girlfriend begging to reconcile for fame, and a rival gang plotting to take over Cheng Shuang’s territory. Lin Mo uses his “office worker wisdom” to survive: a PPT to show the gang the cost of trouble and劝退 thugs, his delivery route knowledge to take down the rival’s smuggled goods. He becomes the “least boss-like boss” in Snow City’s underworld. But when Cheng Shuang returns, he learns she’s his long-lost aunt—and will the ordinary life he’s fought for ever be within reach?
