Shen Ge, a handyman at Guixu Martial Arts Hall, has hidden his identity for three years to escape his past as "the Sword that Stops Strife"—a legendary warrior who ended martial world chaos with one sword but retreated to seclusion tired of bloodshed. When Li Zhao, son of the Southern Town Prince, tries to seize the hall, Su Wan, the hall master's daughter, fights him to protect it but is severely injured by a sneak attack. Shen Ge is forced to act, exposing his identity by defeating Li Zhao. It turns out Li Zhao is backed by the "Dark Thunder Hall," a villainous group Shen Ge defeated years ago, now seeking revenge. As Su Wan discovers his secret, they grow closer while fighting villains. Shen Ge realizes: "Stopping strife" isn't escape—it's protecting loved ones. When Dark Thunder returns, he'll draw his sword again, using martial arts to guard his love and the world.
