Lin Xiaoman, a shaman mocked as a "charlatan" in the city, lives in her grandma's old house. She's ridiculed as "useless" by her snobbish ex-girlfriend and harassed by the ex's rich boyfriend. But when a greedy developer uses dark magic to make her grandma comatose for forced demolition, Lin is forced to awaken her "spiritual court" powers—the real abilities of a shaman who can communicate with yin and yang and expel evil! She breaks the dark array to save grandma, exposes the developer's money-laundering scheme with dark magic, slaps the ex's snobbery in the face, and even sparks a romance with Gu Cheng, a detective investigating the case... When the "fake charlatan" becomes a "real shaman", everyone who bullied her will get a harsh slap in the face!
