Accidentally activating a time-space mechanism within the seal, they were transported to New Kyoto in 2055. By then, the seal had fallen into the hands of Stellar Dome, a futuristic tech company—its CEO Lin Shuang planned to use the ancient energy in the seal to restart a time machine, altering Ming history to control the present.
