Fresh college grad Lin Xiaoxing picks up a chubby, fluffy divine beast on her way to a late shift, dreaming of a stroke of luck. Instead, the tiny creature brings nothing but misfortune: spilling her overtime dinner, making her late to work for a week straight and costing her performance bonuses, even ruining a project she’d spent months polishing. To her shock, she later learns this “bad luck mascot” is a demoted god of fortune, who needs her help to resolve an age-old grievance before he can return to heaven. What unfolds is a chaotic yet heartwarming cohabitation, as the pair bickers, supports each other, and finally finds their true life directions.
