Lin Xiaoman, a young mourner in a Northeast Chinese town, just takes over her grandfather’s “Fushuntang” mourner team when she gets an order for a “living funeral”—the dying tycoon Zhou Tai insists on holding a funeral for himself while he’s still alive, demanding the team to stay with him “until the end”.
