After her family's downfall, teen girl Su Wan is forced to work odd jobs at a suburban gambling house to make ends meet. Using a discarded sickly rooster, she repeatedly overturns the monopoly matches run by the casino's ruthless manager, becoming a local overnight legend. As her fame spreads, local tycoons and gangsters target her skills, trying to force her to profit them and seize her rooster companion.
