Chen Feng, a former captain of the anti-terrorism SWAT team, became a community police officer after his transfer, just wanting to live a peaceful life away from conflicts. Unexpectedly, his college-aged younger sister was kidnapped by a cross-border drug trafficking gang, who threatened to kill her unless he handed over the hideout of the massive stolen funds seized in their past raid. The dormant tough cop identity woke up again. Chen Feng refused to compromise, relying on his superb fighting skills and criminal investigation experience to play a cat-and-mouse game with gangsters in the neon-lit urban jungle. He will not only rescue his sister but also expose the mole within the police force, kicking off a fiery showdown between good and evil.
