Lin Banxia, a girl from a TCM family, accidentally falls off a cliff while collecting herbs in the mountains and loses her memory when she wakes up. She is rescued by Ye Tianhao, a CEO passing by. In her confusion, she mistakes Ye Tianhao for her "fiancé", and the two develop feelings for each other during their daily interactions. But when Lin Banxia finds out she's pregnant, the villain who plotted her cliff fall suddenly appears. He not only reveals her true identity before amnesia but also keeps causing trouble to break them up. Between the gradually pieced-together memory fragments and Ye Tianhao's unwavering commitment to "marry no one but her", can this love, shrouded in conspiracy and amnesia, break through the fog and embrace each other when the mid-summer flowers bloom?
