Su Wanyang, a cultural relic restorer, fights to protect Foyue Nunnery—an ancient temple left by her grandmother—against Gu Jingshen, CEO of a multinational conglomerate who plans to demolish it for a commercial complex. Ruthless as Gu is, he freezes when he sees the Ming Dynasty Buddha amulet restored by Su—it’s the relic his mother lost before her death. As their standoff escalates, Su uncovers secrets about her background hidden behind Gu’s business empire, while Gu is gradually drawn to Su’s untainted purity. A tug-of-war between business ambitions and original aspirations, lies and true love, unfolds quietly under the moonlight of Foyue Nunnery.
