Young villager Wei Xiaoman has always abided by the ancestral taboo of Wei Village, which forbids anyone from entering the forbidden Immortal Tomb at the back mountain. But when his younger sister falls critically ill, he breaks the ban to sneak in, accidentally awakening an ancient evil spirit. Soon, bizarre disasters plague the village: livestock die suddenly, villagers lose their minds, and a decades-old secret that the whole village hid together starts to surface. Wei must fight the supernatural threats, expose his parents' lies, and use a lucky relic he found to turn the tide, uncovering the long-buried truth to protect his home.
