Fleeing office infighting, Li Wanxing returns to her hometown to contract the villagers’ abandoned barren hills, burdened with her mother’s debt, starting her road to counterattack. At first meeting, she mistakes Lu Xingyao—an invisible wealthy heir here to investigate rural projects—for a regular laborer. The two go from bickering to teaming up: they overcome technical hurdles in fruit planting, resolve villagers’ doubts, and develop feelings as the hills turn green. At the harvest festival, Lu’s true identity is revealed—he was moved by Li’s tenacity and secretly secured all sales for her. This sweet romantic counterattack with a twist finally bears sweet fruits and brings them a perfect happy ending.
