Lin Jianguo, an ordinary office worker, spends every day taking care of his son Lin Xiaoyu, only to be mocked by Xiaoyu's classmates as a "useless errand dad". Until the eve of the school basketball league final, the team's main player is suddenly injured, leaving the coach frantic—Lin Jianguo silently picks up a basketball, hits a buzzer-beater with his eyes covered from beyond the three-point line, revealing the old "Asian Eagle" tattoo on his left arm. It turns out he's a basketball legend who retired a decade ago, forced out after being framed and seriously injured. Now, for his son's dignity, he decides to "stop hiding": he'll help the team win the championship, uncover the old conspiracy, and slap the faces of those who looked down on them.
