Su Wan, daughter of a wronged official, goes undercover as a palace maid to steal a secret letter from the imperial study—proof of her father's innocence after ten years of injustice. But her first mission goes wrong: she stumbles into Crown Prince Rong Jing's chambers and crashes into his arms. Unbeknownst to her, Rong Jing has long noticed this “fearless” maid. Instead of exposing her, he teases her with little traps: a misplaced teacup, a “carelessly” left letter—every move feels like he's luring her closer. When Su Wan learns Rong Jing is also investigating the mastermind behind her family's frame-up, they shift from “hunter and prey” to “allies and lovers”: she steals for justice, he steals for her heart. As court intrigue weaves with romance, this “palace heist” doesn't just steal a letter—it steals them a mutual devotion, and a future where they rule the kingdom together.
