Su Wanwan, a little chef in the imperial kitchen, becomes the "Elbow Princess" by accident—Emperor Rong Jing mistakes her for his savior because of her "World's Best Braised Pork Elbow". She expects framing in the palace, but instead, the Empress Dowager chases her for midnight elbow snacks, the little prince clings to her legs for "sugar-coated elbow dices", and even an enemy prince sneaks into the kitchen to learn her recipe—everyone in the palace becomes her "Elbow Support Group"! Rong Jing initially uses her as a cover, but gradually falls for her straightforward cuteness: she wraps cold elbows in her coat to send to overworked him, and tells him, "If being emperor is tiring, let's sell elbows together" when he's stuck in power struggles. Until one day, former dynasty remnants find her—she's the princess who saved Rong Jing years ago, and the elbow recipe is her mother's "password to home". Turns out, the sweetest pampering is everyone quietly protecting her to stay the little girl who loves making elbows.
