Lin Xiaoman pretends to be an 'ugly country girl' with freckles and thick glasses to avoid a forced marriage. Gu Jingshen, a CEO, acts as a 'wheelchair-bound invalid' to investigate his uncle's plot to take over the company. Their families force them into a blind date. They plan to sabotage it, but unexpectedly see through each other's disguises—her freckles are painted with watercolor and smudge when she sweats; his wheelchair is electric, and he secretly uses his feet to move it. From 'tearing each other down' to 'pretending to be a couple together', they fall in love amid funny bickering. In the end, they not only expose the villain's conspiracy but also turn their 'fake disguises' into real love—full of laughter and sweetness!
