Su Xiaotang is the first female disciple of Chef God Academy in a century, yet she's branded a "nepotism hire" the moment she enrolls—top disciple Gu Jingxing sneers, "If you can't even cut potato shreds without hurting yourself, you don't deserve to be here," and even the dean's cat rejects her overly sweet cat food. But no one knows this clumsy girl carries the blood of a hidden Chef God: her Buddha Jumps Over the Wall revives Gu Jingxing's memories of his late mother's cooking, and her radish flower carving makes the dean weep, "That's my master's wife's technique!" When Gu Jingxing starts hiding her osmanthus cake in his study, and when Su Xiaotang accidentally smears icing on his lip, this "culinary fraud investigation" turns into a mutual crush? The bigger twist: the academy's three-year "Heritage Competition" is actually to find the "Spirit Chef" who can save the century-old restaurant "Flavor Sect"—and that person is exactly Su Xiaotang!
