Su Xiaotang, a girl from a declining chef family, musters up the courage to apply for the private chef position of "Iceberg CEO" Gu Jingshen to save her grandfather's old restaurant—this CEO has severe dietary aversions and has chased away 36 chefs. However, her grandfather's home-style braised pork actually made Gu Jingshen pick up his chopsticks for the first time; even more surprisingly, the CEO not only secretly paid off her restaurant's debts but also always "happened" to show up when she was in trouble. Just as Su Xiaotang thought love had come, she found a jade pendant in Gu Jingshen's drawer that was identical to her childhood one—turns out, the little beggar she saved with a bowl of sweet congee ten years ago was the current CEO? And Gu Jingshen's "purpose" in approaching her was to place his entire business empire right beside her frying spoon.
