During the crowded morning rush on the subway, ordinary office worker Lin Xiaoyu unexpectedly saves a mysterious man being pursued, unaware that he is Gu Yanshen, the cold-faced CEO dominating the business world. When her act of rescue turns into a contract as his personal bodyguard, the rookie职场新人and the tough CEO spark unexpected chemistry in their chaotic daily interactions—he may be a fearsome decision-maker in the boardroom, but he remembers her preference for milk tea with no ice and 30% sugar; she instinctively shields him from a knife attack, only to realize she's fallen for the eyes that light up for her in the dark. As the two from vastly different worlds navigate between conspiracies and true feelings, their chance subway encounter becomes a fated伏笔, and this two-way journey starting with salvation will ultimately write the most touching love fable under the city's neon lights.
