Ten years ago, Huang Zhao, a weasel spirit, led soldiers to slaughter the entire fox clan for their demon pill, leaving only Su Mei, a fox spirit, alive. Now she enters the palace as a dancer under a false name, using her beauty to get close to Huang Zhao—who holds the demon pill. She uses charm to extract clues while secretly setting up a trap to avenge her clan. But when she feels the fox aura in Huang Zhao’s pulse, finds her mother’s hairpin in his secret room, and even hears her father’s residual soul from the pill yelling, "Huang Zhao tried to save us," the knife she holds to Huang Zhao’s neck suddenly trembles uncontrollably. Misplaced hatred or buried truth? Behind the deep palace walls, this ten-year-overdue blood debt is finally about to be uncovered and settled.
