In the 1980s, the quirky and mischievous baby Su Xiaoman is born with a talent for creating chaos. On a whim, she tries to hatch watermelons in the chicken coop and bury candies in the field, triggering hilarious scenes witnessed by the whole village. Even more unbelievable is her taciturn father Su Jianguo, known as the "Mysterious Immortal Dad". Instead of scolding her, he hands her a small shovel and helps her "make trouble" together. The pair cause many funny and warm stories, turning the quiet village into a fun place, and their hidden past gradually comes to light amid all the chaos.
