My Housekeeper is an Ancient Maid

share time: 2026-09-11 09:17:44

Modern urban girl Lin Xiao hires a housekeeper Aunt Zhang due to her busy work. Aunt Zhang strictly abides by ancient rules—forbidding Lin from staying up late or using bad words, tidying the house with methods from ancient books, and reciting ancient Chinese allusions from memory, which makes Lin both amused and annoyed, so she originally wanted to replace this "too rigid" housekeeper. Until one time when Aunt Zhang was sorting old things, a silver hairpin with Song Dynasty patterns fell, and Lin was shocked to realize: the ordinary Aunt Zhang is actually an ancient maid who traveled through time, who came to modern times due to a family change, keeping her secret from ancient times. Their daily interaction creates warm and funny sparks and makes Lin have a new understanding of companionship.
