In the frozen apocalypse, Su Wan huddles in a broken building with her terminally ill mother and young brother, surviving on frozen bread—only to have their rations stolen by a bullying survivor group next door. Until she finds Little Suisui, a pink-cheeked toddler, in the ruins. The little one tugs her sleeve and whispers, “Sister, I’ll find you warm porridge.” The next day, they stumble into a heated convenience store stacked with cans; when bullies block the door, Suisui points to a gas canister, and the villains accidentally blow themselves up; when her mother’s pneumonia worsens, Suisui leads them to a hospital’s temperature-controlled pharmacy… As Suisui’s “luck” grows extraordinary, Su Wan realizes the baby is the “living fortune” Koi Baby of the apocalypse. While others fight over rotten veggies shivering, her family stews braised pork, and Suisui holds up sugar-fried chestnuts yelling, “Sister, eat!” Their little broken building, smelling of home in the howling wind, becomes an envy-worthy “apocalypse miracle” no one can touch.
