Five years ago, Chen Mo, the "Dark City Godfather," gave up his power voluntarily and retired to ordinary life to save his dying wife Su Wan, longing for a peaceful family. But on the night of his daughter's birthday, Su Wan's phone suddenly went dead—her family's business was maliciously acquired by a dark force, Su Wan was imprisoned, and a threatening bomb was hidden in her daughter's toy! Chen Mo took out the old pocket watch (with Su Wan's photo inside) he'd hidden for five years and dialed his former "dark contact": "Tell everyone, Chen Mo is back." He's determined to crush all evils that harm his family, but the mastermind behind the villains is actually the "old rival" who forced him to retire! Between Su Wan's safety and past grudges, is Chen Mo's "return" revenge or redemption?
