Lin Wan, a cultural relic restorer, takes on a burned Song Dynasty round fan with an embroidered character “Jin” (Ember). Inside the pattern hides Shen Jin, a spirit trapped in the fan for a century—he was supposed to be freed by restoring the fan, but in their days and nights together, his tenderness “teases” Lin Wan’s heart.
