Li Jinnian, a once-celebrated photography master, loses his creative inspiration after an accident and retreats to a small town to run an old photo studio. One day, a mysterious woman appears with a faded photograph, asking him to restore it and uncover the truth behind it. As the restoration progresses, Li discovers the woman in the photo bears a striking resemblance to his visitor, unveiling a decades-old tale of love and betrayal.
