In Jinzhou's old alley, there's "Brother Zhou's BBQ" stall. Owner Zhou Dahai has grilled with charcoal for 20 years, leaving warm skewers for late-night nurses and homeless elderly every night—secretly called the "BBQ Hero" by neighbors. But the business district renovation threatens to demolish his stall.
