Graphic designer Lin Xia discovers her antique mirror reflects the image of a Republican-era woman, triggering eerie interweaving of timelines. The woman, Su Wan, is her never-met great-grandmother. As midnight ripples distort the mirror's surface, Lin Xia awakens in the mirrored world while her reality gets rewritten.
