After a guy rescues a talking capybara, he accidentally gains the ability to control water. When a greedy merchant deliberately undercuts prices and blocks shrimp-catching routes to make things difficult for him, he sails a broken boat into the deep sea. Guided by the capybara, he catches sky-high-priced lobsters and completely foils the merchant’s tricks. His legend of rising from the bottom is just beginning!
