When Lin Wan moves to a new home, she stumbles upon an old iron box from high school—inside lie unsent letters from Cheng Ye. Back then, Cheng Ye had planned to confess his love before graduation, but a misunderstanding (witnessing her talk to another boy) made him think she was taken. He locked away his feelings, and they drifted apart. Now, at a class reunion, Lin Wan holds the yellowed letters, staring at the still-distant Cheng Ye. She realizes their past miss wasn’t chance—the last line of his letter, “I feared speaking up would ruin our friendship,” was exactly what she’d been too scared to say. Can these dust-covered letters finally unlock the words they left unsaid for a decade?
