Seven years ago, blind teenager Ka Rong was chased and stumbled into Liu Xun, a leg-injured girl, at an alley entrance. Ka Rong starts his gentle pursuit: sending her sunflowers (which she mentioned liking years ago), secretly fixing her broken wheelchair, handing her hot ginger tea when she works overtime, and even using his cane to block a wine bottle thrown at her. But Liu Xun retreats—she thinks her limp makes her unworthy of the "perfect him" and fears her love is just "repayment." Until Ka Rong takes out the small mirror with a crooked sun: "Seven years ago, you gave me the courage to live. Now I'll give you the strength—you're my light, never a burden." Liu Xun finally surrenders, realizing they were each other's saviors all along.
