Modern social animal Lin Chuan travels to an alternate ancient dynasty and immediately binds to the "King of Thieves Role-Playing System"—if he fails thievery tasks, he'll be struck by lightning! Helplessly, he breaks into the general's mansion to steal an heirloom but accidentally takes the general's daughter Su Wanqing as the "treasure" and carries her away. Worse, the court orders the "King of Thieves to atone via border garrison", so Lin Chuan has to drag the furious Su Wanqing to the frontier. He juggles the system's absurd tasks (stealing an enemy general's socks?), soothes the pretty beauty's mood swings, and逆袭s to win battles—this "Thief King's Border Journey" is funny, sweet, and full of non-stop twists!
