Lin Xiaoman, an invisible office worker, is constantly harassed by clients and "picked on" by her supervisor Lu Mingyuan. One night, she accidentally binds to a "Praise System"—sincerely praising others unlocks corresponding abilities. But her first task? Praise Lu Mingyuan, the one who’s always hard on her! Stammering, she says, "Your focus when revising the plan is more touching than anyone I’ve seen." To her surprise, Lu’s ears turn red, and he secretly helps her deal with the difficult client. As she praises more, Xiaoman goes from a timid doormat to a capable professional. She also discovers Lu’s "picking on" is actually special attention—afraid she’ll waste her potential. When praising stops being a task, she realizes: True strength comes from seeing the light in others—and becoming light yourself.
