Underwater photographer Su Ning accidentally rescues a mysterious amnesiac man from a shipwreck during a volcanic shoot. Dubbed 'Shen', he exhibits eerie oceanic traits as their bond deepens. When black-suited hunters close in and primordial calls echo from the deep, Su Ning realizes the man she saved might be a being sent from the abyss - not human at all.
