Lin Xiaoman, a quality inspector at a fresh produce e-commerce company, sneaks into a cold storage warehouse late at night to investigate expired ingredients—only to get trapped in a -20°C freezer with Chen Mo, the former warehouse manager she reported and had fired. The two hold a grudge over a "food fraud" incident: Chen Mo swears he never tampered with the goods, but Lin Xiaoman saw his ID badge on the illegal container with her own eyes. As the temperature drops to life-threatening levels, they must use cartons and forklift batteries to build a temporary heat source—while racing to uncover the truth before losing consciousness: Was Chen Mo framed, or did Lin Xiaoman wrong an innocent man? In these 72 hours of desperation, the puzzle of human hearts beyond the cold is more deadly than the freezing temperature itself.
