Lin Xiaoman, a failing student in the Digital Media Department, is on the verge of expulsion when she suddenly binds to the "Underachiever Transformation System." Her mission? To get Gu Zhao, the "kid brother" who sells sugar paintings at the school gate, to be her personal tutor. Little does she know, this seemingly 12-year-old cutie is actually a thousand-year-old immortal lord reborn! Gu Zhao uses spiritual energy to solve advanced math and employs star patterns to teach photography, helping Lin Xiaoman pass her failed courses with "cultivation-style methods." He even helps her confront mean girls and bullies. As they spend time together, Lin Xiaoman discovers the sealed past behind Gu Zhao's childlike appearance. Amidst funny bickering, they grow closer, kicking off a sweet and inspiring journey between a "kid tutor" and a "hopeless college student."
