Desperate to raise money for his sister's life-saving surgery, Lin Chuan is cornered by a loan shark into selling his mother's only liver transplant opportunity to a wealthy man. But when he rushes to the hospital with the money, he finds his mother in bed, clutching a note that says, "Mom doesn't blame you"—she'd secretly given up her own surgery to save her daughter. Just as he realizes he traded his most precious family bond for nothing, the loan sharks arrive, and his sister's surgery window is closing. Can Lin Chuan find his way back to the "honor" he lost—the basic decency of being a son and a brother?
