Two rough guys from Northeast China: a stubborn elder brother hurrying to deliver his father’s birthday gift, and a talkative younger brother who hitches a ride but can’t stand by injustice. They ride motorcycles across half of China from the warm spring in the south to the snowy north. Along the way, they help a scammed beekeeper, solve troubles for left-behind elderly people. Their journey from blooming spring to blizzards is full of chaos and warmth. This tough trip hides a long-cherished wish for reunion: they must arrive home before the birthday banquet to send their heartfelt gift with snowstorm’s temperature. This road is loyalty on wheels, a reunion story told by two Northeast Chinese men’s actions.
