After Reporting Illegal Construction, the Whole Building Lost Water and Power

New resident Lin Xiao moves into an old apartment, only to find her view blocked by an illegal construction downstairs. She anonymously reports it to the urban management department. Right after the illegal structure is demolished, the entire building suddenly loses water and electricity. The property management blames the construction team but evades questions about damaged public pipelines. Lin soon discovers the illegal building’s owner colluded with the property company, who intentionally destroyed the public utility lines during demolition to cover up the fact that the illegal structure occupied public space. As she digs for the truth, she stumbles into a dangerous profit-driven conspiracy.
