Just as he targets the final resident, loner girl Lin Xiaoxia, he receives a call about his own apartment catching fire. Rushing back to find it's a false alarm, his crime is captured by her tire surveillance camera. As this absurd farce unfolds, the gears of fate begin spinning wildly for these two adversaries.
