A young man quits his job and returns to his hometown, taking over the neglected "dead puddle". Unexpectedly, he activates a rebate system. A local rich man comes to show off with expensive bait to stand out, but accidentally draws a giant creature lurking in the water, making the puddle famous. With the rebate system activated, anglers from all over flock in, queuing with cash to fish the giant creature. The protagonist gets rich by this, and the abandoned puddle becomes his "treasure basin", triggering a series of funny and fantasy stories.
