Lu Lulu lives in purgatory due to her family's generational 'skin-changing curse'—every full moon, her skin festers and peels off, and she can only maintain her human form with special rouge. To uncover the root of the curse and avenge her annihilated family, she infiltrates the Wanxiang Sect under a fake identity, only to reunite with Gu Yunzheng, who has silently guarded her for years. Despite knowing her secret, Gu Yunzheng stays by her side at the risk of his life to help her decipher curse clues; however, Liu Shuying, a disciple of the Wanxiang Sect, stirs up trouble with fake rouge, intending to expose her identity and push her into eternal doom. As the century-old conspiracy behind the curse emerges, Lu Lulu must choose between revenge and love. Will she and Gu Yunzheng finally destroy the Wanxiang Sect and end this generational catastrophe?
