The Plum Blossom Haven is a secluded valley where painter Su Wan has lived in seclusion for years, making a living by painting plum blossoms and staying away from worldly affairs. Her quiet life is shattered when a badly wounded amnesiac general Gu Yan crashes into her courtyard. Gu Yan carries a top-secret military tally linked to court upheavals, and his pursuers soon track them down.
