After working overtime late into the night, office worker Lin Ye takes a taxi home, only to find his entire rental building is swarming with lurking supernatural beings: a red-cloaked schoolgirl ghost, hallway phantoms, and creepy entities lurking in mirrors. Yet these usually hair-raising creatures tremble in fear at the sight of him and actively step aside. At first Lin dismisses it as a hallucination, until a strange pattern blooms on his palm, and he realizes he might be the most formidable existence in this supernatural world.
