Famous fashion designer Lin Wan returns to her hometown ancient town after ten years for her grandmother's funeral. While sorting out the old house, she meets Shen Yanqing, who runs an old bookstore—her high school sweetheart with whom she once promised to “walk the way home together” under the osmanthus tree.
