When a zombie apocalypse strikes suddenly, the "outsiders" on the 18th floor of a downtown office building are trapped together—Xia Xia, a rookie suffering from workplace PUA; Uncle Wang, a guard hiding his past as a chemical defense soldier; Sister Li, a feisty braised food vendor; and A Jie, a reclusive hacker who's been home for three years. Originally disliking each other, they just dealt with mutated colleagues when they encounter a "supply raiding gang" with knives. When Xia Xia is taken hostage, Uncle Wang pulls out his 10-year-old military knife, Sister Li knocks down a strong man with a braised food bucket, and A Jie hacks the building's power... These "untouchable" residents must defend their safe haven and uncover Uncle Wang's secret—he knew the apocalypse was coming, and behind every door on the 18th floor, there's a survival weapon he prepared for his "family."
