Introverted illustrator Chi Wan is troubled by a rude customer in an old bookstore, when kind stranger Shen Yi steps in to help. After that, they keep running into each other "by accident" everywhere: Chi Wan always finds warm late-night snacks near her studio, meets Shen Yi on the subway every morning, and even gets her lost paintbox repaired and delivered on the same day. Chi Wan falls for Shen Yi gradually, only to discover later that all those "coincidences" are his deliberate plans. He had noticed the quiet girl drawing on street corners half a year ago, and every encounter was his quiet, long-prepared affection.
