Eileen, editor-in-chief of a fashion magazine, clashes head-on with the fashion industry's "traffic-first" stereotypes for insisting on "authentic female beauty," even facing the risk of marginalization. She teams up with Lin Xiaoman, a creative design trainee who's been ostracized, and Sister Zhou, a senior photographer discriminated against for her age. Together, they create a cover series themed "Undefined Her" and fight against Li Ming, a rival who covets the editor-in-chief position and tries every way to suppress them. In the end, their photos featuring real women of different ages and professions break all doubts, winning the Quarterly Best Cover. Eileen is promoted to publisher, and their "female alliance" becomes a neon-powered force that illuminates prejudice in the fashion world.
